Why run 4 OSes at once?
Why not? Parallels sure is fun.

Representing Windows, running in Parallels' fancy new Coherence mode, we’ve got the Windows task bar and Minesweeper (why else have Windows running?). Then in the top left corner we’ve got Ubuntu Linux (no coherence mode yet, unfortunately). However, the big star of the show, for true OS afficionados, is Haiku, an Open Source copycat of BeOS, the best little OS you never heard of. (Here’s how I got it to work.) And to show that such a fancy screenshot made full use of my 2 GB’s of RAM, we’ve got Mac OS X’s Activity Monitor.
