Cheap French Press Mod
If you like your French Press coffee maker, but get frustrated with having to eat your coffee every morning, give the Nylon Fine Sediment Filterscreen a try. (It’s ¾ down the page.) It’s only $2.25 and really makes a difference with the grit while retaining the good, strong flavor of the french press. I just tried mine out and wasn’t really expecting much of an improvement, but was pleasantly surprised. Not sure how long it will last, but hey, for 2 bucks + shipping, it’s a good deal. (I’ve got the Bodum Chambord 8 Tasse press, the second one listed at the link above, and it fits perfectly.)
